It's a backstory on Skamar, predating CTG. I gotta say, it really gives you some insight on her like I never thought possible.
Also, Vicki does a bit of name dropping on a couple of her VPeeps.
See, she LUVS us.
Go read it and love it. Her short stories always enhance the series so much!

I was thinking about that today too, since I just finished her short in Dark and Stormy Knights. It really adds even more layers to her world. Which is saying something, cuz that is already such a rich world! Oh and..... I'm really glad Deb and I survived even though I'm feeling slightly traumatized! Poor Deb had it worse, so much up close and personal time with the Tulpa! |
