A friend showed me this and even though the subject of the song is so messed up, I think the song is beautiful. (The singer's nice-looking too, but I put a version including the lyrics for a reason.) You may have heard a little of the song in the Charlie St. Cloud trailer, although I don't know why, the lyrics don't match what the movie is about AT ALL. You may have heard a little of the song in the Charlie St. Cloud trailer, although I don't know why, the lyrics don't match what the movie is about AT ALL. That's not uncommon at all...The producers hear a little bit of a song that vauguely fits if taken wrong...Heck, take the Charmed theme song... "I am the Son, and the heir", which decidedly does not make any sense for the show, was taken for "I am the Sun and the Air" by so many people... Very cool songs  |

But that song I posted is about an abusive relationship.
He says, "You say, 'I love you, boy'. I know you lie.
I trust you just the same. I don't know why.

and
"When you hit me, hit me hard"
WTF?
She abuses him, but he loves her anyway. I do NOT advocate violence and hate the message behind that song, but I think the song is beautiful!
I do like some of the other lyrics though.
"When we collide, we come together"
and
"I still believe it's you and me 'til the end of time"
I try to look past the other crap that irks me.

Not even sure how I came across this cover of George Michael's Careless Whisper, but it's really growing on me. Apparently in was in Twilight, but I wasn't aware of that.

It came as a hidden track on one o their albums...I've liked that cover...people have actually been doing decent covers recently...

I hear that on the radio and I like it. I didn't know it was in Twitlight or on the soundtrack either.
