Minnie is a royalty free graphic that was bundled in big package of Halloween themed graphics to which I purchased the rights to use in advertising, etc. Not sure of the individual artist's name since the package included graphics from several artists. I only purchase rights from reputable sites and I always get the "multiple use" license. I do the same for book trailer photos and music.
