I put an excerpt in the FAQ thread of the forum for newcomers and easy access as well. Don't let that stop you from checking out the blog! It's just as entertaining as everything else Jeannie writes! ;D

Just for fun, I've assembled a "dream cast" for "Blood Law: The Movie." (And no, there is no film rights discussion....yet.) Alex: (possibles...) Jessica Biel Rose McGowan Evan Rachel Wood Scout Taylor-Compton Varik: Ben Barnes Stephen: Kyle Schmid Damian: Michael Clarke Duncan (minus the cigar and cane) Tasha: Halle Berry or Jada Pinkett Smith Halle Berry Jada Pinkett Smith Harvey Manser: (possibles...) Gary Oldman Fred Dalton Thompson Chris Bauer (Yes, it's Andy Bellefleur.) Emily Sabian: Meryl Streep (Hey, if you're gonna dream, dream big. )

Excellent job on the book, Jeannie. Nice plot twists. I liked Tasha at first then she got all conflicted and made those bad choices and stuff. I wanted to smack her especially when she chose the sheriff over Alex. And Alex giving her an out with falsifying the report...tsk tsk...you KNOW that's coming back to bite her in the ass. At times, I kept thinking that Alex was a bit like Rachel Vincent's Faythe and I wanted to smack her upside her head. lol And yes, ;D I'm SO glad I pre-licked Varik. On your dream cast, I so totally see Meryl Streep as Alex's mother. Really the only one I have a problem picturing, is Stephen. Kyle Shmid looks too young to me. I pictured an older guy but that's just me. Um...so when's the next book coming out? Congrats, girl! And my local Hastings sucks a for being lame and not having the book.

Sold out BLOOD LAW at mah store. Freakin' pimpin' at it's best. Oh, maybe it had something to do with the writing. Or the cool cover. Or the speshul placement on the tower. Regardless, we sold out. But when we got down to one copy, Ravie ordered more because I'm tracking them. (They aren't computer tracked and automatically re-ordered at this stage.) I'm stalking this title, along with Vicki's CTG at the moment. Same deallio with hers. Yeah. Hell's yeah.
Good for you, Jeannie. ;D

Great news Raven!
I hope Blood Law crosses the Atlantic so they can enjoy it in Spain, my home country.

It has. I have an American friend in Sweden who saw it in a bookstore and had it recommended to her by me and the bookstore owner. It's THERE! ;D

I am sure they can get it in my country, but if it is not translated, it will not be a success...
