I like the hash browns(smothered, capped, and covered) at the Waffle House. I do wish we had one up here in the frozen tundra.

I'ma eat any food any time of day kinda person. Good food is my friend...then I eat it. I made "tacos' tonight. It had jalapenos, onions and bell peppers cooked in with the meat. I put that on a large tortilla with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and sour cream. MMMmmmMMM good!

We used to have breakfast for dinner when I was a kid - sausage, pancakes and salad. So if I have pancakes at night, I need a salad but if I have pancakes in the morning, I don't.  |
